Individual In-Person Therapy

Meet with me in-person weekly or bi-weekly. Therapy varies by the client, but in general will entail initially assessing your symptoms and defining your goals, followed by implementation

of interventions that are tailored to meet your needs. We will also track your progress over time to ensure quality of care.

Please note I currently accept insurance through BCBS and Aetna in Texas, but otherwise I am private pay.

Individual Therapy via Videoconference

Meet with me via videoconference weekly or bi-weekly. This method of care provides the added benefit of convenience and comfort if your schedule is tight. And if you have concerns about whether or not therapy via videoconference can work, fear not! Research shows that therapy via videoconference is no less effective than in-person care.

Please note I currently accept insurance through BCBS and Aetna in Texas, but otherwise I am private pay.

Free 15-Minute Consultation Call

Do you have questions about what therapy with me will look like? I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to all of my prospective clients. This serves as an opportunity for  you to briefly describe your concerns and clarify any questions before we meet. I will also ask you questions about your mental health history in order to determine fit. Although brief, this interaction goes a long way in ensuring that you are matched up with a provider with whom you are comfortable.

Get in Touch

Please provide your name, contact information, and a brief description of your mental health concerns, and I will promptly get back to you about scheduling a consultation call.
